Elva Anita Schubert

Elva Anita Schubert, 86, of Pocatello passed away Friday, January 5, 2007 at a local care center following an illness.

She was born March 7, 1920 in Power, Montana, the daughter of Charles and Arilia Mooso Clark. She attended schools in Fargo, North Dakota and Pocatello. She married Alden D. Schubert on March 20, 1942 in Pocatello, Idaho. Alden passed away March 27, 1980. She enjoyed crocheting when she was younger. She also enjoyed camping and fishing. She was a member of the L.D.S. Church.

She is survived by two sons, Floyd C. Schubert, Pocatello, Idaho; Gary L. Schubert, Modesto, California; a brother, Andy Lynn Clark, Puyallup, Washington; two grandsons, Jake Schubert and David Schubert; 1 great grandson, Cale Schubert; She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother, and 4 sisters.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 10, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Manning-Wheatley Funeral Chapel, 510 N. 12th Ave. The family will receive friends on hour prior to services. Interment will be in Mountainview Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Manning-Wheatley Funeral Chapel.
