Walter G. Carter

Walter Glen Carter from McCammon peacefully passed away in Pocatello with his family by his side on August 12th. Walter was born April 19, 1937 in Boise, Idaho to Ralph and Ruby Carter.

He loved and adored his family and appreciated all they did for him. He enjoyed working on his farm and could fix anything that needed fixing. He enjoyed golf and playing cards, especially Pinochle. He made many articles through the years with his hobby in leather working.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 56 years Marcia L. Hennigner Carter, his siblings (John Perry, Ray, Ralph, Betty and Retta) and a grandson (Eric Carter) He is survived by his sons Allen (Mary) Carter, Danne Carter, 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services and burial to be at the Wilford Cemetery, Saint Anthony, Idaho on Friday August 19, 2016 at 1:00 pm under the direction of Manning-Wheatley Funeral Chapel.
