Twila Taylor, 89, of Pocatello, Idaho passed away on July 30, 2007 after a short illness at Pocatello Care and Rehabilitation Center.
Twila was born on August 27, 1917 in Junction, Utah to Martin and Clarrissa Baler. She was raised in Utah and Idaho. On June 29, 1940 Twila married Harbor Davidson. Harbor died in 1961. Twila went on to raise her four children, Glenn, Garl, Linda and Darla, by working in the potatoes and doing restaurant work.
Twila met John Taylor in Blackfoot, Idaho and they were married in Elko Nevada on October 19, 1970. John and Twila were happily married for 13 years. John passed away on September 7, 1983. Twila continued to live in Pocatello, Idaho.
Twila loved spending time at the Senior Citizens Center, dancing, singing with the Silver Notes, camping and fishing.
Survivors include her Daughter Linda Wilkinson of Pocatello, Idaho, a son Glenn (Barbara) Davidson of Sequim, Washington, her sister Golda Dean of San Rafael, California and nine grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Twila was proceeded in death by her first husband Harbor Davidson and her late husband John Taylor, son Garl Davidson, daughter Darla Jones, and 7 brothers and 4 sisters.
