Ryan Andersen

Ryan Lee Andersen Pocatello- Ryan L. Andersen, 28, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at his home. He was born March 31, 1979 in Pocatello, Idaho, the son of Ronald and Beverly Alford Andersen.

He attended Ellis Ellemantry School, Alameda Jr. High and graduated from Highland High School in 1997. He was active in soccer,skiing and scouts. He was pursuing a degree in Geology. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and bird hunting. He especially enjoyed the Geology field trips. He was working as a student clerk at Idaho State University. He was a Christian.

He married Kathryn Lang on June 17, 2000 in Pocatello, Idaho. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Survivoris include: his wife, Kathryn (Katy) Andersen; a daughter, Taylor May Andersen, both of Chubbuck; parents, Ronald and Beverly Andersen, Chubbuck; a sister, Krista (Robb) Harris, Cleveland, Ohio; grandparents, Everett and Rita Alford, Eagar, Arizona; father and mother in-law, Wes and Vicki Lang, of Pocatello.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 202 South 7th Ave.in Pocatello with Rev. Pamela W. Mayes and Rev. Coke McClure officiating. Interment will be in Mountainview Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at Manning-Wheatley Funeral Chapel, 510 N. 12th Ave. and on Tuesday for one hour prior to services at the church.
