Richard Bruce Porter

Chubbuck- Richard Bruce Porter, 66, passed away May 23, 2009 following an illness. He was born June 21, 1942 at St. Anthony, Idaho, the son of Steven J. and Ruth Loveday Porter. He lived most of his life in Pocatello, Idaho.

He married Patricia Mears in August of 1965. They later divorced.

He worked for the Nothwest Orient Airlines as an airline agent. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era.

He was a member of the Friendship Club for many years. His sobriety date was July 20, 1984. He enjoyed playing cards, campouts, and giving others a hard time.

Richard is survived by two sons, Christopher Mauel, Los Angeles, California; Timothy Mauel, Colorado Springs, Colorado; one brother, Steven Ronald Porter, Pocatello, Idaho. two grandsons. He was preceded in death by his parents.
