Mikaela Marie Howard

Our mother Mikaela Marie Howard left this world on February 1, 2024 at the age of 37. She will be sadly missed and always hold a place in our hearts.

She was one of the first people born at the Eastern Idaho Reginal Medical Center in 1986. She grew up in Shelley, Idaho and was a cheerleader for the Shelley Russets. Mikaela worked in Information Technologies where she was able to help customers with technical problems. Mikaela enjoyed riding horses, skiing on water and snow, playing the guitar, chilling to music, putting puzzles together, making blankets, applying her amazing make-up skills, hanging out with her cats & dogs, and especially spending time with her two sons Peyton and Owen.

Mikaela is followed in life by her son, Peyton Hurley Idaho Falls, ID; son, Owen Hurley Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Jesse Howard Idaho Falls, ID; Dad, Gerald Howard Idaho Falls, ID; Stepfather, Heath Buckland Idaho Falls, ID.

Proceeded in life by her mother Amanda Woodard.

The family is having a private gathering to celebrate her life. In lieu of flowers, donations

can be made to Humane Societies.
