Lela Elaine (Wright) Anglesey was born January 15, 1955. She finished her mission upon this earth and her 20 year battle of breast cancer on May 14, 2016. Her day of passing was a special day as it was the birthdate of her eldest daughter, Annie.
Lela was a skilled seamstress and quilter. She made many quilts that she has given to her children and grandchildren and we all benefited from her skills of making and repairing clothing. She also loved working with crafts, camping, and being with her family. She was very good at conversation and there was never a lull of conversation when she was around. She had a very winning personality and one could not help but love her once they got to know her.
She graduated from Pocatello High School and 4 years of LDS Seminary in 1973.
Lela was the youngest child born to Lytle Charles Wright and Lela Nadine (Chicken) Wright and she shared a birthday with her brother, Jeff, who was born in 1950. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, David “Lane” Anglesey, 3 siblings Mary (Robert) Jenson of Memphis, TN; Jeffrey (Bobbette) Wright of American Falls, ID; Carl Wright of Idaho Falls, ID; her children, Annie (Daniel) Lloyd, David Dean Anglesey, Julie (Sidney) Davis, Michael (Ambyr) Anglesey, and James (Sara) Anglesey; and 12 grandchildren.
