Jon Daniel Wiegman

Jonathon Daniel Wiegman, 41, of Pocatello, Idaho passed away on February 7th, 2020.

Jon was born April 5th, 1978.  He was raised in McCammon, Idaho and graduated from Marsh Valley High School.  Shortly thereafter he then served a two year mission in Argentina. Upon returning home he moved to Pocatello, attended Idaho State University and worked a variety of jobs.  Jon had many hobbies such as motorcycling and shooting with his brothers, yard sale shopping with his sisters, and attending family gatherings. He loved his entire family and made frequent visits and/or calls to keep up with them.  His favorite saying was, “It tastes like chicken.” His 34 nephews and nieces always loved when Jon came for their birthday parties because he was sure to have brought them a toy, candy, and a whoopie cushion. He collected a variety of "toys" (motorcycles, four wheelers, nerf guns video games, etc.), in fact usually two of each "toy".  He liked to invite others along on the adventures and let them use the second "toy". He will be greatly missed.

Jon was preceded in death by his mother, Diane Wiegman.  Jon is survived by his father, Wayne Wiegman and his seven siblings; Ellen, Jeremy, Benj, Bekka, Peter, David, and Sara.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday February 12, 2020 at 11am in the McCammon LDS Stake Center. Interment will be in the Norton Cemetery in McCammon, Idaho. Arrangements are under the direction of Manning-Wheatley Funeral Home.
