Janie Lynn Sayer
Pocatello - Janie Lynn Sayer, 30, of Pocatello passed away unexpectedly at Portneuf Medical Center, Tuesday, November 18, 2008 She was born October 15, 1978 in Pocatello, a daughter of Brett D. and Joan Thomas Sayer.
She attended schools in Pocatello and graduated from Highland High School, Class of 1996.
On November 14, 1997 she married Brian Binggeli, in the Salt Lake Temple. They were later divorced.
She graduated from the Nursing Program at Idaho State University in 2002. She worked as a nurse at Hillcrest and Belmont Care Centers. She was very athletic and started competitive tumbling when she was 8 years old. She went on to compete in national competitions and took first place in Power Tumbling in 1990. She was a member of the L.D.S. Church and had served in a Primary presidency. Janie was a very social person and had many friends who she loved dearly. She was also a very compassionate person which was a great asset in her nursing career. She dearly loved her children and enjoyed spending time with them watching movies or just "hanging out". She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include: her parents, Brett and Joan Sayer, Pocatello; a son, Broderic Binggeli, Pocatello; a daughter, Madison Binggeli, Pocatello; a brother, Shawn (Kimmarie) Sayer, Pocatello; a sister, Angela (Trevor) Bybee, Troutdale, Oregon; grandparents, Persis Thomas, Arimo, Idaho; Glenn and Dona Sayer, Iona, Idaho; 3 nephews, numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Con Thomas.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 22, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Highland 4th Ward Chapel ( 2925 Michelle Street off of Satterfield Drive) with Bishop Daniel Ruth, officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday evening Nov. 21, 2008 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Manning-Wheatley Funeral Chapel, 510 N. 12th Ave. and on Saturday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Arimo Cemetery, Arimo , Idaho at 2:30 p.m. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Manning-Wheatley Funeral Chapel.
