Beulah Myrtle Robson, 94, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2014 in Boise, Idaho. She was a longtime resident of Pocatello and Chubbuck and moved to Boise at age 92 to be near her daughter.
She was born the daughter of Walter and Myrtle Durfee McDaniel in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho, on July 7, 1919, moving to Pocatello at an early age.
She married Don Carlus Robson, in Salmon, Idaho on March 21, 1938. Don passed away March 3, 1995.
She worked for Garrett Freight Lines as a key punch operator for many years. She and Don purchased the Carousel/Camelot trailer park in Chubbuck, Idaho, where they lived and managed the park.
She was a very talented lady. She played the organ and piano, both reading music and by ear and also played the harmonica. Beulah, was also an accomplished artist in pencil, water and oil painting. She always loved to travel and visit with family always. Beulah was a member of the Community of Christ.
She is survived by three children, Ron Robson, Clarkston, Washington; Larry (Connie) Robson, Pocatello, Idaho; NaDene (Jack) Palmer, Meridian, Idaho. 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
As her granddaughter, Jamie said so eloquently, "Today the world lost an amazing woman. I was blessed to be at her side when she left us to be in a better place. RIP Grandma, you will forever be in my heart. I love you." Mom , Gran, you will be in all of our hearts forever!
Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Pocatello, with Pastor Donna Rounds of the Community of Christ officiating, where she will be buried next to her husband, Donald C. Robson.
The family will meet with friends and family on Wednesday from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. at Manning-Wheatley Funeral Chapel, 510 N. 12th Ave. prior to graveside services.
Funeral arrangements are under the care of Manning-Wheatley Funeral Chapel.
