Bertha Alicia Trevino Ramirez

In 1974, she married her true love Santiago Ramirez, and together they built a life filled with love and devotion. Bertha was a dedicated mother to Santiago, Luis, Elsie, and Alicia Ramirez. A cherished grandmother to Carlos, Andre, Mauricio, Chalina, Aleta, Alita Ramirez, Tomas, and Mila Conn and Vanessa Orozco . As well as a great-grandmother to Ezekiel.

Her hands were rarely still; she was an excellent cook known for her extraordinary Mexican dishes, especially her renowned tamales. Bertha found joy in nurturing her garden, planting vibrant flowers, and enjoying summer evenings on the porch with her husband, engaging in heartfelt conversations with friends and neighbors. She had a passion for sewing and knitting, and she always savored her morning coffee paired with a sweet pastry, a testament to her well-known sweet tooth.

Though her time was cut short, Bertha’s legacy of kindness and strength will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. She was a true friend to many and will be truly missed. In honor of her life, let us remember Bertha as a hardworking, strong, and loving spirit who touched countless lives. As we say goodbye, we take comfort in knowing that she will be reunited with her mom, her brother Luis, her sister Dora, and so many other loved ones.
